During this special interreligious dialogue panel, three experts – each with their own background and expertise – will engage in a conversation about the meaning and role of the Abrahamic religions in today’s world.
Our panelists:
- Seth Bledsoe – Assistant Professor in Textual, Historical, and Systematic Studies of Judaism and Christianity. As a practicing Jew and academic, he will speak on Abraham’s role within Judaism.
- Evert van der Zweerde – Political philosopher specializing in ideology, civil society, and democracy. As a Christian scholar, he will reflect on Abraham’s relevance in Christianity.
- Kamel Essabane – Researcher focusing on citizenship education in Islamic primary schools in the Netherlands. As a Muslim, he will provide insight into Abraham’s role in Islam.
Moderated by Sana Koulij, an honorary MSV Member, ensuring a grounded and engaging conversation.
